A simple, fast method for sizing the inside diameter of Bronze Guide-Liners®.  Made of high quality tool steel, hard chrome plated, with a special ground double ball configuration that quickly sizes the inside diameter and eliminates reaming or honing.  Use with KL5758 or KL5759 Broach Holder/Driver and the KL2680 Air Hammer.

IMPORTANT:  To obtain the recommended finished guide I.D., a slightly larger ball broach will be required (due to material flow-back that occurs during this sizing operation) typically, .001" (.025mm) to .0015" (.038mm) larger than the desired finished I.D.
