Shipping and Returns

Shipping: 
We offer shipping service via UPS.  We offer our customers the following shipping options:

            
  Domestic (Excl. Alaska & Hawaii):  UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air
            
  Orders to Alaska & Hawaii:  UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air
            
  International:  UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus

Shipping Time:  Orders placed through customer service usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock.

Short Claims:  Any claims for shortages or loss must be reported within 10 days of receipt of shipment.  Claims for In-Transit loss or damage should be made directly with the carrier.

Returns:  Written approval or a return authorization number from K-Line® is required for all merchandise returned to the factory.  Authorized returns must be shipped pre-paid and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the problem originated as a fault of K-Line®.  All credits will be made to the originally billed account.
